Hello and welcome to T² Inspection Services, my name is Tom Reynolds and I want to work with you.
I bring more than 30 year’s extensive experience to T² Inspection Services. I have worked and been a licensed NM Electrical and Mechanical contractor since 1978. My NM Lic # is 27731. My work has included working with infrastructure, horizontal and vertical building, foundations, walls, roofing, and heat gain and loss (H-VAC). I have strong mechanical and electrical tendencies.
I have worked as a Project Superintendent for construction sites, a Civil Superintendent and Director of Public Works for Military Installations overseas and earlier as a C-130 crew chief/load master. I am qualified to work in review of buildings and houses, Quality Control Inspections, and perform in-depth inspections for your residential properties.
In addition to my experience, I have attended and graduated from the ASHI School of Home Inspectors in Cypress, CA.
